Through the meditative exploration of Prana, the Life Force, and Asana practice, a body posture or position, I guide students in breath to body movement. Through this style of practice students learn to focus on both the physical and spiritual body simultaneously, thus allowing them to organically bring the Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul into union. This is the union know as Yoga.
I provide 1 on 1, private and small group sessions in Yoga, Meditation, Chakra Clearing and Breathwork.
What is breathwork?
Breathwork is literally that, to work with the breath utilizing breathing techniques that have been known to reduce stress, clear brain fog and enhance memory to name just a few.
